These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AlosMarkets ("AlosMarkets", "we", "us"), an informational market and macro analysis service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Not financial advice. AlosMarkets provides informational market and macro analysis only. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Trading digital assets carries substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
The service does not execute trades, hold custody of assets, or provide personalized portfolio instructions. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any financial decision.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Access is offered on a single membership plan of £5 per month (GBP), billed through our payment processor, Stripe. New members start a 7-day free trial that requires a payment method up front and automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. The subscription then renews monthly until cancelled. Prices may be presented in your local currency where supported, and applicable taxes may be added.
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your account. On cancellation your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it ends. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to scrape, resell, or redistribute its content, reverse engineer it, circumvent access controls, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The service, its content, and its analysis are owned by AlosMarkets or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own personal purposes while your subscription is active.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may update the service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date above and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
